Grey Offices

Grey Ljubljana, a part of the 1917-established global network, has blossomed into a full-scale advertising agency since its 1996 founding. Their fast and steady growth called for much-needed changes in their work environment.

Kragelj’s objectives for the Grey workplace design project involved creating a transparent environment to optimize communication, productivity, and inspiration. The company required a dynamic, yet simple layout, with 40 flexible workstations, without glass, regular walls, and a single private office.

Noise reduction, aided with big, wooden multi-leveled cubes, which served as platforms for impromptu meetings or brainstorming, would become key to avoid the pitfalls of Grey’s previous stressful environment. Kragelj further pushed for stylish, comfortable, and ergonomically sound furniture, along with work-space variety.

The new workplace design now aligns well with Grey’s brand and culture, equipping them for future growth and expansion.
